Cascade Tap Takeover & Meet the Brewer

Join us for an evening of sour beer debauchery with Brewer Stephen Stockwell and Lead Cellarman Mark Goodwin of Cascade Brewing!  Stephen, Mark and rep Robby Roda will be here as we serve up some of their North West style sour ales.  We super psyched to have this amazing selection all on tap at one time.  
This is not a ticketed event.  Just show up and drink beer!

Rare Barrel Dinner in the Tivoli Sour Room
Chef Mike O'Brien will prepare a six course dinner paired with the finest offerings from The Rare Barrel. Jay Goodwin and Alex Wallash of The Rare Barrel will walk us through each course. Two seating's are limited to 14 people each and held in the Tivoli Sour Room located in the cellar of Mikkeller Bar SF. Cost is $180. Includes Tax & Gratuity.

Cold App:
Arctic Char & avocado tartar, hazelnut & candied ginger gremolata, hibiscus gelee;
Tigerlily; golden with hibiscus and ginger
Hot App:
Duck Confit, Duck Fat Orange Emulsion, Shaved Fennel, Confit Citrus, tarragon
Soliloquy; orange and rosehip
Fish:
Olive oil Poached halibut, dehydrated nicoise olives, sauteed spinach, potato crisp

Coffee crusted Eye of Ribeye, Crispy Bone Marrow, charred baby leeks, sour cherry demi and tallo

Phyllo wrapped Marin Triple Cream Brie with mache, pecans and pickled pear with hops (motueka)
Tangerang; aggressively hopped golden

Quince Brown Butter Upside down Cake, vanilla ice cream

Firestone Walker Barrelworks Tasting Event in the Tivoli Sour Room
Meet Firestone Walker Barrelworks Barrelmeister Jeffers Richardson.  Jeffers will guide you through a tasting of Barrel Works offerings taking you through the family of beers that are created from Double Barrel Ale.  The tasting and presentation includes cheese and charcuterie from our kitchen. This will be an intimate event limited to 20 people held in the Tivoli Sour Room located in the Cellar of Mikkeller Bar SF. Cost is $45 Per Person Including Tax & Gratuity.

Crux Fermentation Project Meet the Brewer

Meet Head Brewer Cam O'connor and Matt Molletta from Crux Fermentation Project in Bend Oregon and drink some of their tasty brews!  We will have an incredible lineup of beers on tap from this fledgling Oregon brewery.  Crux says they are always in pursuit of the next great beer.  We are too and can't wait to put these offerings on tap.  Hope you can join us for the party!  This is not a ticketed event.  Just show up and drink beer!

Beer Geek Speedway Release Party

Peter Zien of AleSmith and Mikkel Borg Bjergsø of Mikkeller have teamed up to create an Imperial Oatmeal Stout influenced by the legendary Speedway Stout and Beer Geek Brunch Weasel.  Mikkeller Bar SF will be exclusively releasing this 12% beast brewed with pounds of 100% genuine Kopi Luwak coffee on Friday the 13th during San Francisco Beer Week.  Mikkel, Peter & AleSmith co-owner Vicky Zien will be in attendance!!!  Hope you can join us for this SF Beer Week event!
