Tivoli Sour Room

Thank you for your interest in reserving the Tivoli Sour Room for your private event.

We offer private party reservations in the cellar Sunday through Wednesday in the evenings after 6pm only.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday the room is open to the public. We do not reserve the room on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Generally we ask for a 10-day lead time on reservations for private events to insure we can handle staffing.

The Sour Room has 20 seats and holds 30 people max. We recommend at least 15 people in your party.

A/V: The room is equipped with a small background music system and a 50” 4K LCD Television with HDMI and Chromecast abilities. It is not connected to any Cable, Satellite or Broadcast television services.

There is a minimum of 3 hours for private parties. We do not do parties shorter than 3 hours. Last call for drinks will happen 1/2 hour before the agreed upon length of time.

We require a single party be responsible for the minimum. The total of the bill can be split up in the end but we cannot do separate checks for each guest individually.

3-Hour Party Package:

Room rental is based on a minimum expenditure of $1200 for 15-20 people, $1350 for 21-25 people and $1500 for 26-30 people. All food and drinks consumed go toward the room rental minimum price. Tax, gratuity, to go food and merchandise do not go toward the room rental minimum. If the minimum is not met the difference is added to your bill total as payment for room rental. A 10-minute last call for drinks will happen 1/2 hour before the agreed upon length of time.

4-Hour Party Package:

Room rental is based on a minimum expenditure of $1400 for 15-20 people, $1550 for 21-25 people and $1700 for 26-30 people. All food and drinks consumed go toward the room rental minimum price. Tax, gratuity, to go food and merchandise do not go toward the room rental minimum. If the minimum is not met the difference is added to your bill total as payment for room rental. A 10-minute last call for drinks will happen 1/2 hour before the agreed upon length of time.

All food is catered by our kitchen and must be pre-ordered at least 5 days prior to the event. The event menus for appetizers and entrees are attached in this email. Small last minute changes to the pre-order will be acceptable.

We do not allow outside food or drinks other than cakes for which there is a $20 flat fee or $2.50 per plate handling charge if you would like the kitchen to slice and plate.

We will reserve the room at your request based on availability. Ten days prior to your event you will be contacted about setting up a pre-order for food. Once the pre-order for food is received, along with a credit card number for holding the reservation, a Banquet Event Order will be will be emailed in PDF form to you to approve, sign, and return. The BEO must be approved, signed, and returned no later than 3 days from the date of the event. In the event we do not have a signed BEO three days prior, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

There is a 20% service charge for gratuity. Gratuity does not go toward the room rental minimum.

We are a 21 and over establishment. We cannot make exceptions to this.
